*IMPORTANT MESSAGE*
When an appointment is cancelled at the last minute or if there's a no-show, that's a spot that could've been taken by someone else and that's a loss of income for the business owner. Please keep this in mind when you book an appointment and make sure to take measures to be reminded of the date and time of your appointment. Every appointment booked will prompt a reminder email from my clinic sent 24 hours prior to the appointment.
My cancellation/no-show policy is as follows:
"If you cancel 24 hours before your appointment, no cancellation fees will be charged.
If you cancel within 24 hours, you will be charged a fee of 50% of the missed appointment at your next visit.
If you do not cancel your appointment and do not attend, you will be charged a fee of 100% of the appointment missed which will need to be paid before your next visit. Failure to do so will result in suspension of online booking privileges.
You will not be charged if you cancel prior to your appointment time due to illness. Please contact me ASAP to let me know you're not feeling well and we'll rebook!"
